Ryan and I made the decision to switch from the Non Special Needs China adoption program to the Waiting Child program about 5 weeks before our referral for Mason-Kate. What a huge yet easy, peaceful decision that was for us to make. Some families really struggle with whether or not a special needs child is right for their family.
