This boy.
We laughed and laughed as we shopped for his Social Dance Club attire.
The shoes.
A $5 Goodwill bargain.  The pic doesn't do them justice.  They are amazing in every shape of the word!
A mom and an 80s rockstar
We are learning to just sit back and enjoy the moment....or, shall I say, I am doing my best to sit back and enjoy the moment!  Maryn loves board games so that is my moment with her each day....a game and the laughs that come along with her rules :)
Maryn had her Fall party at school.  She loves school and she especially loves her favorite friend, Charlotte.
Painting pumpkins.  Anything art related is a treat for this girl.  She loves painting and cutting and drawing.  She is an artist for sure!
Our annual trip trip to the pumpkin patch didn't quite pan out as planned this year.  The one day we chose to go on is also the one day in October that the wind was blowing at record speeds and the temps plummeted to an all-time low in Georgia.
So, we went to the grocery store and grabbed pumpkins for all....
 Add in a little paint....
and come creativity and....our pumpkins were amazing!
This little one is amazing.  Amazingly fast.  She gets into every.little.thing that she is NOT supposed to be getting into :)  But, she makes us all laugh daily!
Twas the night before Halloween and all through the house....there was a Boo Basket awaiting and all of the kiddos were anxious to see what awaited them....and, Maryn, she yawned in every single picture I took!  Agh.
This girl.  She tells me all of the time to take her picture and she always has a pose up her sleeve!
Six little pumpkins in the patch.
Several of the houses had notes and baskets of candy for the girls to trick-or-treat from....the notes were quite funny and the girls may or may not have followed instructions on the amount of candy they were told to take.
This one was all set to get her candy!
Chapman went up to every house, said trick-or-treat, told them thank you and then ran off to the next house!
And this little one?  Well, she may have gotten a few pieces of candy, planted herself into the stroller and eaten all of her goodies while her two younger sisters ran out for more!
This little one went shopping with me one day and asked to see the toys.  Of course, I obliged and she was thrilled to find Mickey and Minnie to carry around!
I love this shirt.  The message is one that I pray my girls will hold close to their hearts as they grow!
This guy.
He really puts up with a lot and he most always has a smile as he walks along this crazy path of ours!
Curious George was a huge hit with out littles!  We visited a farm for an afternoon and George was there.  **Side note....Chapman has on a Clemson Tiger shirt.  Said shirt was not part of the clothing I wished for her to wear.  She literally insisted and I finally gave in**
Our baby's first kiss
Pryce and his Social Dance partner, Kaylee.
80s plus Oreos made for a fun night of dancing!
The professional pic taken at the dance
Two Shenzhen cuties.  So thankful these two will grow up together.  They are a hot mess when they are together!
Halloween tunics and sunglasses....
Chapman's Fall party at school....fun on the hayride and eating treats with friends!
Maryn and her buddy, AG, celebrating AG's 5th birthday!
And Maryn with our little friend, Titus.  Goodness, the pic says so much.  They are both full of personality....
Pryce's last football game for 2017
So proud of these three guys....they had a great first season together and they are all doing well during their first year of school as well!
They do church together, school together, sports together....pretty much, they do life together!
Sweet Chapman
The girls adore her
On this day, she did not want to take a nap.  Maryn and Maddox took her upstairs to play.  They then decided to make a bed for her and were so proud of their setup!
More pumpkin time....one little was resting.
These two are pretty amazing together.....
A special treat...MK willingly allowed me to photograph her in the latest MJ collection.
Beautiful Maddox Ren....
this girl makes me smile each day!  She is the sweetest, most thoughtful child ever!
Cutie patootie....
She loves dress up!
Maryn had parent day in ballet....
she is our little princess....
and she still loves the lion statue!
Three littles for Halloween....three bigs were in three different directions.
Example A of what I am talking about....this girl is brave....not scared at all of people dressed up, she had her eye on the prize and was willing to collect some for her two sisters who were hiding behind me and Ryan because they were terrified of what was before them!
And then she proceeded to show us just how it is done....get the candy, open the candy, walk and eat the candy, repeat.
The witch was someone all of the girls were willing to say trick or treat to!
Our neighborhood was packed with kiddos and it was so much fun running into familiar faces as the night went by!  Maddox and her friend, Peyton, were thrilled to see one another!
Our fun neighbor, Mrs. Tiffany, hugged the girls tight for a bit!
And then when the night was all said and done, the girls shared their loot....the best part about this pic and the next is the look on Maryn's face....
Maryn is a hoot with all of her many expressions!  The other funny thing to note is that MK wasn't even the least bit interested in trick-or-treating until about 30 minutes before go-time.  She suddenly changed her mind, grabbed her cowgirl boots and a cute western shirt and off she went to collect her goods!
And then it was calm.  Football ended.  Halloween was behind us.
The girls have enjoyed outside time...the weather has been nothing short of beautiful here!
We have survived our first quarter of the school year....everyone had all As and we have only been tardy once!  Chapman has transitioned well into her two days a week at Mother's Morning Out with her big sister Maryn.  She still prefers to be with mommy but the cries have ceased.
My favorite Chapman conversation goes like this:
"Chapman, what is your name?"
"I am Cha-Cha"
"How old are you?"
"I Free!"
"Who is your favorite?"
"Momma!"
"Who loves you?"
"Momma!!!"
My sweet Maryn asks me everyday to hold her.  Most days I sit and hold her for a moment.  If she sees me holding Chapman, she will say, "Uh.  You always hold Chapman!"  Recently I told her I had to hold Chapman because she was a baby and that I held her just as much when she was a baby.  Maryn looked at me and said, "Well, you know I can't just grow back small!" Bless.
Maddox continues to love school and is thriving in the new charter school environment.  She was supposed to have her big bone grafting surgery at the end of this month but it has been cancelled for now due to her dr.  Our most favorite doctor ever, the one who has been with us for almost 10 years, has a detached retina.  We are unsure of his return to work at this time.
MK.  What to say about this girl?  She continues to shine.  She is a straight A student, loves ballet, and tumbles all afternoon when she comes home from school.
The boys keep us laughing.  And guessing.  We never know exactly what is coming next from them.  They are always going here and there and we are thankful for our daily dinners around the table for some evening catch-up time.
